    Hey ya’ll,

    I realize I haven’t made an updated weight post so I’m making one now. I, like a lot of people got the flu for 2 weeks and only ate chicken noodle soup and popsicles. So, I do owe some of the weight I’ve lost to that. I have started taking Raspberry Ketones and super B complex vitamins and will soon be taking Green Coffee Bean extract to bost energy. So far so good.

    Start Weight: 206
    Current Weight:  190
    Goal Weight: 150-160
    Ideal Weight: 130
    Pounds Lost:  16
